Can I skip running an illustration and go directly into the iGO eApp?
You must run an illustration before you can get to the eApp. The information you enter into the illustration determines the eApp forms you fill out.

Do I need to enter a date of birth to run an illustration?
You do not need a DOB to run an illustration. However, if you proceed to the application it will require you to enter a DOB. You will need to return to the illustration, enter the date of birth, and run a new illustration before finishing the application.

How do I compare rates for similar products or for different payment modes?
After filling in the fields on the Plan Information screen, scroll down to find the Product Comparison area at the bottom of the page. In this area, click the gray ‘Calculate’ button. A product comparison chart will appear. The table compares like products to like products; for example, 15 Year-Term to 20 & 30 Year-Term, but not Term to Whole Life. You will also be able to see the breakdown by payment mode. Note: If you are not able to click the ‘Calculate’ button, you are probably missing some required information for the illustration. Scroll up to see if there are any yellow required fields that you need to fill out before running a comparison.

- Look at the menu on the left side of the screen. Under the Illustrations heading, you’ll see Benefits/Riders. Click on Benefits/Riders.
What is the Case Input Supplemental report and do I need it?
This report provides a summary of all options selected for your current case, and it will be included on the last page of the illustration output. It is your choice to use it or not. It is best suited for situations when you are comparing products to make sure you are matching “apples to apples.”

How do I download or print a PDF of the illustration output?
Click the blue ‘Illustrations’ button to run an illustration and access a PDF of the illustration output. Use the print or download icons to perform your request. As a side note, if you are going to proceed with an eApp, you won’t need to print the illustration, because it will become part of the eApp and it will be signed electronically.

How do I proceed into the eApp after running an illustration?
Click on the ‘Application’ tab, which is located to the right of the Quotes/Illustrations tab near the top of the screen. This will take you into the eApp.

Do I have to go back to the Case Information tab if I want to change product or state?
You can use the Additional Options menu on the left side of the screen when you are in the Quotes/Illustrations tab. Select from the dropdown menus to change the state or product. You cannot change the state in the eApp, but you can from the illustration system as stated above.

How do I start a new illustration for a different customer?

- Click on the white Case Actions dropdown in the upper right hand corner and select ‘Start New Case’.
- At the top of the screen in the blue bar, click 'My Cases', then click on the blue ‘Start New Case’ button near the top of the screen.
